1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software development kit identifiers. They can help a site function, remember choices, protect accounts, understand usage, or support communications.

2. How Shy Core may use them

Shy Core may use cookies or similar technologies for the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary: security, authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention, and essential preferences.
  • Functional: remembering optional interface or accessibility choices.
  • Analytics: understanding aggregated website or product usage and performance.
  • Marketing: measuring campaigns or showing relevant communications, where used.

Non-essential analytics, functional, or marketing technologies will be used only where the required consent or other lawful permission has been obtained.

3. Current website behaviour

The uploaded public website code uses external resources such as Google Fonts and a JavaScript content-delivery network. Those providers may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps when the resource is loaded.

The live service may also use necessary session or security storage once account, authentication, payment, support, or dashboard features are connected. The exact technologies can change as the product develops.

4. Consent and choices

Where consent is required, Shy Core should present a clear choice before setting non-essential cookies. Rejecting optional cookies must not prevent access to core functions that do not depend on them.

You can also control cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may stop login, security, preferences, or other service features from working correctly.

5. Third-party technologies

Third-party providers—such as payment, analytics, support, video, maps, fonts, content-delivery, or marketplace services—may use their own technologies when their content or features are loaded. Their privacy and cookie information applies to their independent use.

6. Retention

Session cookies usually expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies or local-storage items remain for a defined period or until deleted. Retention should be limited to what is needed for the stated purpose and reviewed when services change.

7. Contact and updates

Questions about cookies can be sent to support@shycore.com. This policy may be updated when technologies or legal requirements change.
